Standard Bank Constantia Branch

Standard Bank Constantia is pathetic I went to get a new business card which was issued quite quickly (I should've known it was to good to true). I specifically asked the consultant to make sure that my profiles were linked, but ALAS this did not happen! I've been with standard bank for 12yrs and have had new cards before and never had an issue before! Apparently things don't get better with age! Today is payday and I am now unable to pay anyone thanks to their incompetence and to top it all not even my business banks knows how to resolve my issue without making me wait 5 working days! Did I mention that my only issue is that my internet banking account is unable to be linked and they can't get this right... shocking! I will never have a Standard Bank account again and I hope that no-one does either...heed this a warning to not use this bank. Services is shocking and staff do not know how to do a simple thing like issuing a card correctly and making sure that there are no hiccups in the process of something as simple as issuing a card!
