Standard Bank condone and commit *****

This is an open letter to the Directors of Standard Bank of S.A.

My father, Mr AJ Roper, has been a client of SBSA for at least 4 decades. A good and faithful client. In 2011 my father was diagnosed with dementia although he had been suffering with this disability prior to the diagonis.Family members presented my father to SB and had him sign over his rights to SB and the thieving family members in the form of a POA (Power of Attorney).

According to The Older Person Act and Common Law of South Africa a POA is null and void under these circumstances. Despite this, SB in cahoots with the thieving family members have allowed at least R300 000 to be ****** from the account in just 12 months.

I have contacted Naidoo and he claims that SB have done nothing wrong. He said all is in order. His advice to me is to approach The High Court. to seek remedy to stop the POA.

Mr.Naidoo I will approach The High Court, not to stop the POA and ***** SB and my family members have committed, but for SB to pay damages and restore my fathers accoumt to its original state.

SB acts like a 3rd world organisation despite being a multinational company.

SB is not friendly to older persons.
