Standard Bank - Compromised Email Accounts and Phishing Attacks

As an IT admin of our organisation, I have notified Standard Bank numerous times about their compromised systems, but it seems this problem is not being addressed. We continuously receive phishing emails from *** (this is from the official STD bank domain). This means Standard Bank's official accounts or domain are compromised and they aren't doing anything about warning people, or sorting this problem out. Let alone responding to my queries about this problem.
