Standard Bank Complaints Department Line
I was appointed by the only heir of deceased Mr. CP Britz estate by Mr. JM Greyling. Currently we are experiencing problems to obtain the final outstanding amount on the bond to finalize the estate.
Greyvenstein Attorneys requested the settlement amount for the outstanding amount for the bond in October 2025 without any reply.
The query has been escalated to the complaints line by me on 4 occasions and an automatic reply has been received.
1. Does the complaints line work? 2. Do you attend to the complaints and customer service? 3. Are the volumes of complaints to attend to high?
