Standard bank commercial and Alberton branch with bad unhelpful attitude due to history with resined trustee

I'm founder and trustee of a trust and recently we had one trustee resign but this trustee has previous history with the business banking and commercial team of where the account was opened , they have been less than willing to help to ensure his removed.the business banking guy Johan bothma was very rude to me on Friday when I was trying to ascertain what documents he would need to terminate the resigned trustees viewing rights and deleting of the account on his profile on online banking as i DO NOT KNOW the process? I actually confronted him and advised him that I knew he knows the resigned trustees and that his trying to be less than helpful although he quickly changed his attitude cause I think he realised I'm not some little black girl he could push around ! The other assistant commercial portfolio manager wanted to take the same tone but i quickly put her in her place she had promised that she would foward the documents to the business banking guy which she never did and then later on i received notifications of out if office,her manager anoinette naidoo is on out of office assistant too !!It's shocking as I've been banking with standard for years my private can't get involved as it's out if her portfolio , and also that this team appears to be allowing their history with MH hinder them from being professionals
