Standard Bank collection on prescribed debit

Complaint:***: <br> <br> After 2 reports on Hello Peter and millions on email to Nkululeko Sithole (Mr) - All I get is that it is sitting with Management, this account has been paid in 2012. <br> <br> Furthermore after doing research I found that it was recently Gazetted (13 MARCH 2015) that providers are not to collect on prescribed debt. account was paid in 2012- according to SB last payment was received in 2012. I then received a summons from Bham and Dhaya in April 2015 3 years later. (this is prescribed) Standard bank is not following any protocol at all - Government rules or FAIS. CAN I GET CLARITY
