Standard Bank collection company sucks

I will never again join Standard Bank nor refer anyone to this bank as the collection company Norton Attorneys they use for collections is very rude, have a bad attitude and are *********** to say the least.

Do Standard Bank not even look at the bad reviews of this company or maybe they just use them because of the deal they struck with them so to hell with the bad service they give the clients. Its a good thing that new banks have come into the market, its only when Standard Bank starts losing clients will they do something about the service their existing clients are getting from their 3rd party affiliates.
