Standard Bank - Cold & Unsympathetic to Clients affected by the Lockdown Repercussions

It is with great disappointment that I write this correspondence to Standard Bank, upon receiving the response as per email below and this a being a Standard Bank client for 32 years. I'm almost certain that no attempt was made to contact me. I must state that I had initiated to contact Standard Bank for financial relief assistance being affected by the post- Covid-19 Lockdown. Being self-employed in these trying times and trying to get back on your feet in the financially challenging times is really a struggle, and having your bank that you've been with for 32 years (almost all my life) to forward you an email like the one below is “cold and unsympathetic” to state the least ( I would of at least expected an email to contact the respective writer or dept. Going through financial challenges is not easy on clients. and the least one would expect is a bit of compassion, understanding and assistance from their banks in these trying times, rather than the cold shoulder, as I’ve received from Standard Bank.
