Standard Bank Code: 0023 technical issue while withdrawing unsuccessfully yet money deducted from account balance.
I've just tried to withdraw R4000 from an ATM and I didn't get the money I attempted to withdraw but rather a slip sighting a technical problem (Code: 0023) but the money has been deducted from my account. I tried withdrawing a smaller amount (R100) with success to just easy my anxiety that the money is stuck in the machine. The 0860 123 107 number is practically useless as I'm just on hold for minutes on end!!! What now Standard Bank, what now???
