Standard Bank Clearwater Mall "super hero!"

Last Friday I had to visit Standard Bank Clearwater Mall to rectify a blockage on my account due to a "computer fault" *****ing up my address. This only manifested itself when I had a renewed cheque card couriered to me. Like most bank customers, I dread going to a bank as I know I will be in a queue before being attended to. No different this time as I had to wait for 45 minutes, fortunately, seated, before seeing a consultant. Correcting the faulty address went smoothly and I then needed help to unblock my Bank app. This was attended to by Doreen and resolved so I could now see my card pin number. I then needed to change the pin number on an ATM and Doreen, understanding that as an 80-year-old, I might need help, volunteered to assist me. Standard Bank Clearwater can be proud they have staff like Doreen dedicated to ensuring a high standard of service, sadly missing in previous interactions I have had with the call centre.
