Standard Bank Clear Water Branch Refusing tho refund full amount of an ATM claim

I have recently tried to deposit money into a standard bank ATM at the Clear Water, The ATM was unable to read all the notes and it returned the notes it could not read, I reinserted the notes back into the ATM, the ATM jammed and stopped doing deposits.

I went inside the branch to do an ATM claim, the branch is refusing to give me all of my money, they want to only give the money to the amount that the ATM was able to read except the reinserted notes.
