Standard Bank Chris Hani Mall - Vosloorus
I need to report the bad behaviour at Chris Hani Standard bank, long queues inside the bank. old people wait close to 3hrs just to get assistance, staff just goes on lunch for hours.
We really not getting help from this branch and it feels bad to be inside this bank because nobody cares from bank management.
Priority is on their friends to get service 1st and service requests criteria is just very very bad.
Are we really killing this bank or we have bad apples in the bank?
