standard bank chowing the ****** money

Until today standard bank did not even get back to me regarding the ***** case, The ******* is still using standard bank account to **** people, which really make standard bank part of the **** as they are benefiting from the *******'s account.I do not even think I have a ***** case ,and this happedned back in June ,exactly two months back.
