Standard bank charges

Again I only get another customer care person sending me info I already have. I need proof of the first garage card Standard bank has sent me, also any garage cards when I reached the expiry date and where I collected it. I need refund charges from 2006 to date. Standard bank only wants to refund 6 months which only proves that I never requested a garage card. When a person defaults on payments an automatic charge get added. I need the same here.
