Standard Bank - Change OTP Cellphone number
Good Day,
I have recently requested that my OTP number be changed/swapped to my new number as im not using my old number. I already went to the branch twice now but to no avail. Agents have informed that the system has been updated, but still the OTP is sent to my old number. It should be a straight forward process.
How can i get this matter escalated and actually change the old number to reflect my new cellphone number.
