Standard bank
How does a company put you on legal, where's you sent a letter of complaint. An investigation was not even done , but they send your account to lawyers! Is that on consumer act?
I had a credit card with standard bank with I took retrenchment cover . When I got retrenched in February 2021, when claiming they discovered that I don't have a cover. I took this upon Pickering branch manager, after their investigation they called me and ask me to come in the branch and proceed with the insurance application, off which I did. On my surprise, the application was rejected. I've been writing emails yo standard bank with no response, now they sent my account to the lawyers with no one speaking to me or responding on my emails. Please help me my credit record is very important.
