Standard bank Century city

We went to open a business account for Community association with standard bank century city today 25/03/2020 we spoke with a guy *** Gcinile Mdawe. He refuses my permit because the permit itself is stated to contact business as Mutara Africa Link Technologies. What I do not understand is that we are three directors and he said i can not sign in the opening of the business yet I am part of the association and I an in the CIPC documents as well. My permit is valid only it stated that I can conduct business with a certain business. I do not think it's fair can please someone help me because it seems the business consultant at century city does not know what he is doing. It's worse that our sponsors needs us to to have a standard bank account so we are stuck as it is.
