Standard Bank cards do not work

It is more than a week now that my Standard Bank Credit, Debit or Garage Cards do not work. I can draw money from an ATM but the cards do not work at point of sale. Tonight was the last straw. I have put nearly eight hundred rand worth of diesel in my car but I could not pay for it. The ATM at the garage was out of order so I could not draw cash either. What an absolute humiliating predicament. Last week I had to leave a full trolley of goods behind in the shop because the Standard Bank Cards did not work and that after spending more than an hour to collect the goods. I am a so called Prestige Client and phoned the special number a week ago for help. I received useless lip service and nothing else. Standard Bank, I really had enough of your bad service!!!
