Standard Bank Card Division not linked to Standard bank Of SA

The address that appears on my Standard Bank Credit Card statement dates back to 1997. One would think that once I had FICA'd, all my details would have been updated. After several attempts to contact the Card Division, I even went into my local branch - also on several occasions to get it updated. Each attempt has resulted in promises that my next statement would reflect the correct address but, to no avail. I even went onto Facebook, but have never received so much as an answer back from them. I can only gather that they are not linked to Standard bank itself, otherwise all my details would have been changed when I FICA'd all those years ago. I am very disappointed!!
