Standard bank card division are hopelessly useless. In the business of messing up customers credit record

Standard bank card division yet again has messed up my standard bank titanium cheque card, they locked the card because "I haven't used it enough" so I'm unable to access or use the card, and I had a debit order setup to pay the monthly outstanding balance, for no reason standard bank cancelled this and because the card is blocked for lack of use I cannot physically pay the outstanding balance, and as the card is blocked it too cannot be paid by Debit order, the card has gone now 2 months without being paid they are charging me late fees but bi matter how much I phone in all I get is promises to assist with resolving this matter, and nothing actually done so far. Emailing resolution centre too gets only promises of reference numbers but nothing is done to actually assist and the emails go unanswered. Standard bank is the worst bank for credit cards by far
