Standard Bank Car repossession

I have voluntary went under debt review. Unfortunately been unemployed for almost 10 months. Recently been full time employed and making full payment to Debt review agent. Also made partly payment when I was unemployed. Recently received a mail from a collection agent informing me he has court paper to reposes my car. I have not been summonsed to appear in court. Now he is threatening me that he will put me in jail if I do not surrender my car. Trying to get some information from Standard bank they are playing hard ball telling me I have two options surrender my car or pay the outstanding amount. Standard bank does not help me with the arrears amount. Still payments that was made and is made to my debt counselor are paid over to standard bank. This is very bad service Please help.
