Standard bank car finance

I bought a car through standard bank car finance in 2017 and a year later I had financial issues, I then decided to reduce my debts through a company called Diamond debt of which they assisted me by reducing my money installments, after a year and half after I have been paying the car under the company (diamond debt) my car was repossessed in claims of saying I was not paying for the car however had the statements of all the payments I've made since then and that was 2020 around March /April if am not mistaken. I tried to do a follow ups as why exactly was my car repossessed while I was paying for it through standard bank but I've been getting right arounds regarding this issue, fast forward while I was trying to get it back while standard bank wanted me to pay a lump sum of money so they can clear my name I've since then been flagged because of this issue, I saw the car as I was in the process of doing the payment and the car was already sold to someone else and it was already sold in 2021 while I was told by standard bank that the car is in their storage, till today my name is still under debt with the same car that was sold to someone else while am being told lies. HOW DO I GET THIS ISSUE SORTED OUT BECAUSE I'VE LOST A LOT OF MONEY PAYING LAWYERS trying to get my name cleared 4years later am still fighting the battle. 😡😡😡😡

Good day
I would like to first thank you guys for the arrangemet of my appointment.
However am very much disappointed with the recording i listened as per arrangement.
Concerns:
- according to the recording there's no payment arrangement that was made or conclusion but merely a discussion between myself and the len& mayor attorney (Morgan).
-no settlement letter was sent to me.
-no proof of the payments I've made.
-if i was able to provide the proof of the payments I've made, why was i not protected by standard bank as their client? Because according to standard bank, 'you guys didn't have any arrangement with diamond debt'.
-I cannot have my life, time and money be on stand still upon the same issue which I've been trying to deal with for over 4 years now.

Thanks

Dear Standard Bank

As per our last email on 31st of October 2024.

-I was contacted by your lawyers (Bham & dhya).
-we had a discussion of how we gonna move forward with the query of my inquiry.

-I was told that i am currently owing you guys an amount of about two hundred thousand (200k) of which am not in agreement with .

-further I was told that I need to start making payment arrangements for. (Of which i also refused to do so).

-I then asked questions about the payments I've made through the arrangement period made by the debt collectors(diamond debt) and standard bank and the lawyers of standard bank clearly confirmed for me that they were aware of the arrangement between the debt collectors and standard bank.

-I asked them to send me the statement of the payments I have made and I was told that they will email it to me (till to date I haven't received the statement as per our telephonic conversation with the standard bank lawyers (bham &dhya)).

-Because I can issue all the statement of the payments I've made through the debt collectors.

Concerns

-As a standard bank why am i always taken from pillar to post with this matter that has been going on for soo long (4years).

-when I ask about my payments which standard bank claims that i haven't made those payments yet the lawyers are saying otherwise?

-where's the customer protection Act on my behalf as a standard bank client?

-are we ever gonna reach the end of this matter?

-I just want my name cleared so i can move on with my life.

-

Dear Standard Bank

It's been 2 weeks now since I've been waiting for your feedback and i haven't heard anything from your lawyers.

Are we really gonna get to the end of my issue regarding my case or not?
Do i have to take my business elsewhere?
Because at this point I am honestly at the point of taking the business elsewhere.
