STANDARD BANK CANNOT UPDATE DETAILS

For two years now I've been asking standard bank to update my address details. I have also asked them to change the language on my statements from afrikaans to english. After two years - TWO YEARS!!!! I still have to go to my old address for post which is still in afrikaans. I have been to the bank numerous times to update this but still nothing. Last year I registered for UCount and yip the post was posted to my old address. Now I receive an sms to please go the Standard bank branch to update my FICA documents. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! Please sort out your technological defects because clearly it is not able to update the most simplistic instructions namely updating \A HOME ADDRESS"absolutely dissapointing service."""
