Standard Bank cannot stop infected and phishing e-mails

I have been struggling for nearly a year now for Standard Bank to resolve the dispatch of infected e-mails from an apparent legitimate Standard Bank e-mail addresses, including ***, *** and ***. I receive these on a regular basis, sometimes up to 4 or 5 per week - a total of 22 since November 2020. I have lodged an official complaint with the bank - ***, which has never been resolved.

Sometimes the e-mails themselves are infected, while at other times they contain *.html attachments in stead of *.pdf files.

I cannot even forward these e-mails to the bank, as requested by the various people that I have engaged with, as the bank's server recognise these as infected e-mails and rejects them with an error message "Message infected with Heuristics.Phishing.Email.****fedDomain".

It also seems as if nobody at Standardbank can resolve the matter, as many employees engage with me for a while but then just stop all engagement, as they are apparently unable to resolve the matter.

The latest people that have done this are the relationship manager at my local branch, Me. Tsholo Letsholo, as well as Mr. Joseph Witticker from the bank's complaints resolution centre. Despite also trying to engage with the bank through ***, as well as ***, I have not even received responses to my e-mails.
