standard bank cannot reverse the money from their insurance

I cancelled my standard bank insurance and they continue to debit my standard bank account and i then called standard bank to reverse the debited account they referring me to call back the insurance again so that they can reverse my money. my worry is standard bank can allow you to reverse all debit up to 3000 but for their account they don't allow you from the app and on the call. my worries is who can cancel and reverse my money back since the insurance is continuing to debit and the bank cannot revers it?
