Standard Bank Cannot Help With ******* Debit Orders

Can I get someone competent to assist me with SABiFlash R99.00 ******* payments going off my Cheque ***.00 gone off from the 2nd of FEb 2018.

Standard Bank team leader : Sashni Solitram whose extremely unhelpful says I should go to the complaints department , because there's nothing they can do. This is appalling and shocking behavior from Standard Bank employees.
