standard Bank cannot help those who have been a vi
I have been a customer of standard bank since the age of 18. Today 7000 was \ transfered"out of my account with out my knowledge or consent. I called standard bank trying to find out who authorised a transfer without my consent. They could not tell me. When I asked if I could reverse the transfer NO one could answer me. I was transfered from pillar to post. With no answer. I asked for a manager . Apparently they r ALL in a meeting. When I asked what my options where they said I could get a response on 15th April. So is this what I tell the people who's debts go off my account? I'm here solely to warn standard bank customers of the way the bank handles *****..it seems no one knows how to deal with it. I suggest a quick move to a bank who KNOWS what they are doing. # most disappointed """
