Standard Bank Cannot Generate IT3b Tax Certificates

<p>After many attempts to get IT3b tax certificates from Standard Bank, with 1 day left before tax filing season no one at Standard Bank can tell me when they will be issuing IT3b certificates for their customers. I find this situation ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I have received tax documentation from all other financial institutions I do business with. Why does it take Standard Bank 4 months to generate these certificates?</p>
