Standard Bank canceled home loan debit order to keep me from moving to my normal bank

<div>Really disappointing.... I was in the process of moving my home loan from standard bank to FNB, Standard bank then cancelled my debit order without any notice, let it go by for a few months and let the interest climb so I can't move my home loan, I am starting to wonder if this is on purpose.... I have emailed so many times and *****&nbsp; does not get back to me, only that the matter was sent to management, is management on a retreat of leave for a month? My ref is query *** and I need feedback, I am at the stage where I am going to take legal action because of non compliance from standard bank, until today they have given no reason as to why the debit order was canceled.</div>
