Standard Bank Can't locate Funds transferred into their account !

<p>i was provided with an account number by a standard bank employee to pay my interim interest and activation fee for my bond . I made a manual payment via a eft from my Fnb account into standard bank on the 28/4/2017 . I have sent numerous different proof of payments as instructed by standard bank employees . I even provided them with the trace number . On one in standard bank can give me a answer . It's quite scary that standard bank are not able to locate funds I deposited into an account that one of their employees provided ! So now what ? They still are saying fnb didn't release funds ? How can that be when it's come off my account and I have a trace number ? Unless the account number I was given was incorrect ??? I called the call center and they couldn't verify the account I was given! where are the funds I paid ?? N</p>
