Standard Bank can't deliver as promised

So I needed to increase my EFT limit, and as a Prestige client I would've thought that if I get told I can call in until 21h00pm to increase or change my EFT limit that this would be the case, but it isn't.<br> <br> Standard Bank tells you, you can phone in until 21h00PM to change your limit, but their \systems"that let them make these changes aren't available after 20h30pm. In my mind that isn't 21h00pm"
