Standard Bank salesman when I took out a car loan, informed me should anything happen - I would be covered by what is known as credit cover. Be it default, volunteer surrender or the like. After nine years they will not prescribe the debt, they don't bring up what the salesman said - I have a judgement and because of it I cant find decent work. Prescription is only after 30 years - that is a life time. Truly my life is destroyed by Standard Bank.
