Standard bank can never help you

I am really disappointed in Standard bank. After I have app**** for a payment holiday for being on maternity leave . I have received a call from the lady at standard bank that the application has been approved. 2 weeks later I receive a call that my car payment is outstanding . After 10 000 calls and 10 000 explaining that I have been approved I still receive calls. I really dont know what to do anymore ,cause the lady who phoned me doesn't correspond to emails or answering calls. Where in this life time can I get the approval letter????? It is 2 months later and nothing as been done from standard banks side????
