Standard Bank Call Back Option

Banks love to make you wait, either on the phone or in the branch. So when I sew the Standard Bank online option of having Standard Bank call me back when I did a bank enquiry search I was pleased.

I chose the option for the bank to call me back, left my details and............NOTHING. So I tried again the next day and got the same result.............NOTHING. It's a bit like GROUND HOG DAY.

When it comes to collecting fees etc Standard Bank is very efficient, very efficient. However when it comes to customer service their efficiency fails them.
