STANDARD BANK CALITZDORP.....TIRED
Our local Standard Bank has been OUT OF ORDER since this morning. I checked at 15h00, and it was online! IT FRIDAY, MONTHS END......( So the qeues in our "one horse town" are endless. I simply want to make a deposit into my account. The DEPOSIT SERVICE does not work. Inside I went.At the Info-desk I was told to make a more expensive cash payment at the Tellers,OR WAIT FOR THE LADY TO COMPLETE HER DAYS WORK ON THE COMPUTOR.So will Standard Bank cover my extra charges ( including penalties for insufficient funds), OR PLEASE FIX THE ATM SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN DEPOSIT CASH. Or am i to drive 47KM to Oudtshoorn tomorrow? Have mercy!
