Standard Bank Business - Service not existant !!

I have been working with Standard Bank Business for the past 9 years and I must truly say that this is definitely the most inefficient t bank in South Africa! If you are lucky enough to have them respond to emails or answer the telephone, they are highly ineffective in solving queries and you will just be re-directed a million times where after you have still not resolved anything. I would strongly advise businesses to consider more "highly" qualified banking services, because Standard Bank is definitely not it.
