Standard bank business pathetic service

Standard business banking in Pietermaritzburg .the service I received us absolutely pathetic. I first went to the business banking office to get a business account opened on Thursday 11/04. I waited for one hour and the guy before me did not get seen yet .I asked them what is the wait they said only one person on duty seeing to everyone. They said they will get a consultant to call me and make an appointment .the consultant calls me on Monday 15/04 to male the appointment only to tell me I can only come in on Wednesday 24/04 to open an account. I must wait one and half weeks to get a business account opened.fnb you walk into any branch and get your account opened same day. Not sure who came up with thus stupid idea to have business banking in it own branch and they can't handle the work they getting .absolutely pathetic for such a big business
