Standard Bank Business banking will make me homeless.

I have a business account with Standard Bank, and due to trading well over the years I received an overdraft. When COVID-19 hit things went okay for a while but then business took a dive. I had to find employment. I made every effort to let my banker Travis Lalo Malube know what was going on every step of the way. I have been told that I have to pay the interest and pay towards the capital outstanding balance. If I pay the R5000 I will literally be left with no food or petrol to get my job done. I have been following up with him daily on Whatsapp, with no feedback whilst the bank calls me daily, I expect resolve and feedback from him, like it was when I opened the account. It is difficult to have these conversations while at the office with a room full of colleagues. I feel I have paid enough interest to the bank over the years for them to now understand my situation and assist me by not charging interest and reducing capital by R1000 a month, which is what I can afford for now. Yet they are adding interest upon interest. Is this how banks treat their customers when they can no longer profit from them?
