Standard bank business banking is pathetic!!!

We have a business account which services are rendered offs**** But funds came in and went through Standard bank forex department an the funds was exchanged and then the business account was blocked. My hubby an I spent hours the standard bank branch without getting answers then we keep being put on the line an without answers again. Then we get ***** investigator Lucky Mosiane contacting us an requesting Swift message really now an he said he was gonna contact us an we received no contact after that,which he promised to call us back. Standard Bank services in extremely bad an we will be changing to another banking institution!!!
