Standard Bank business banking drops the ball.

We open a bizlaunch account in November with our brand new company. The banker at Bethlehem is not responding to calls or emails. The request for financing was only rep**** on after we laid a complaint 6 weeks later. The account has money in it and we need to pay for the vechile we bought once again no answer from our banker. How is a new business supposed to make it if we do not get a reply from our business banker... Opportunities are moving fast and if we miss it we miss it... I don't think Standard Bank supports new businesses if this is the type of bankers they assign. I have an e-mail trail available for anyone to see... Just goes to show if your a new business and you don't have a lot of money... No one at Standard Bank business cares.. we had to contact our personal private banker to assist us, but obviously her rights are restricted when it comes to business banking. Thanks business banking Bethlehem..m you dropped the ball... No call back ,only when we call your colleagues and threaten to call your boss you respond with a small mail , with a terrible note.. Hope when our bank balance hits the roof you will be proven incorrect and we will be handled with more respect from standard Bank business banking.
