STANDARD BANK BUSINESS BANKING DOESN'T CARE ABOUT LOYAL CUSTOMERS

Imagine running your business with the same bank for 24 years and them making money off you from millions running through your account until Covid strikes. Standard Bank South Africa stopped my business account without notification, only to find out that the debit orders were returned as "account stopped" after battling to borrow the money for my debit orders to be honoured. Even worse the so called business manager is not taking our calls for the last 2 weeks and not returning our calls either. Eventually I managed to get hold of the assistant, of which he was unable to assist as he never experienced something like this, even though he is looking after our bank account. Who tells a customer they are unable to help them ? I How do we operate with funds going into the bank account but you cannot access it. So in essence Standard Bank is now crippling us after being a loyal customer for many years. I would never recommend Standard Bank South Africa as their service is beyond disgusting. They have never assisted us with any financial backup or guidance, but good enough to sell you their products and make money off you. Standard Bank "SUCKS" there is NO SERVICE
