Standard bank business banking
I have a business account with standard bank, I have repeatedly advised the business banker to increase our monthly EAP limit above 500k we constantly finding it difficult to pay salaries and bills every month end. This is with Greenstone branch in Johannesburg. The banker reluctantly slow to attend to this or the back office failing to have this implemented. We are actually paying for all these services yet not getting adequate services
