Standard bank business account closure

I need this account closed it’s been over 5 weeks now since I requested the closure of this Account. I got my reasons of which I cannot state on the platform. Standard bank’s business banker Andile Ndlovu, whom I have called, emailed even went to the branch to get them to email her regarding this matter. No response from her. Standard bank please help me getting Andile Ndlovu to kindly assist with FICA, as it is currently outstanding, the reason the account cannot be closed. I am the only signatory I need it closed. It’s been 5weeks NO ACTION. The “business partners” can use their own details to open their own business account. I want out.
