Standard Bank Burial Policy

Its a sad state of affairs that after been paid out as a beneficiary for a funeral policy and now needing proof to take a matter to the High Court, STANDARD BANK cannot give me a copy or written proof that I was beneficiary. They claiim to delete a beneficiaries details once the polocy has been paid out . I fail to believe this, as all businesses would need to keep records for SARS. My last four months of dealings with Standard Bank has not been a pleasant journey and know now where to not apply for future bonds. For two days I have been shunted from pillar to post without results and then get sent an email to me in the deceased name and not my own name been the beneficiary. The deceased policy on the email was also blank. We pay enough for services but without results!
