Standard Bank Buildings insurance not contactable
Standard Bank Buildings insurance not contactable. I've been trying all day. Firstly I was told by the call-centre agent, the system could not recognise the SIL policies. I emailed(HOCClaims), not even an automated response back, I tried submitting through the online portal, technical errors all over, the Call me back option not working either!!. What kind of insurers are you really! Mind you this is an emergency. Policy Number: SIL***
