STANDARD BANK /Brooks and Luyt INC represented by Mr Fransman

I represent a elderly client who was has a bond with standard bank and who was offered an early settlement from Standard Bank Attorneys Brooks and Luyt INC represented by Mr Fransman. I vetted the settlement letter with the local Standard Bank Branch and acted on my clients instructions making full and final settlement before the date required in February 2020.Since that date a few months ago we have received no communication from Standard Bank Bonds or Standard Bank Attorneys Brooks and Luyt INC represented by Mr Fransman. and Standard Bank Bond division ignore all correspondence while still deducting bond payments of R13 500.00 per month.Its an absolute disgrace and we suspect ***** and we now need to lay a dispute with Standard Bank with the OMBADSMAN and lay a charge of ***** at the same time
