STANDARD BANK BREAKS PROMISE!!!

My recent home loan was taken with Std Bank. We were offered insurance by Std Bank and our home loan originator. We decided to go with the originator. We handed over a copy of the insurance policy to the lawyer so this could be sent to Std Bank as proof that we do have insurance. On the 21/05/2015 I received a sms from Std Bank Ins, thanking me for taking up insurance with THEM. The next day I called to clarify this, on the system it showed that we did have insurance with Std Bank as well! Quite fraustrated I asked what the way forward is to cancel this insurance, I was told to send an email to cancel this, which I did. A few days later I called to confirm that this email was received and was told I now need to send a signed letter of cancellation via fax. I did as I was told and then called Std Bank to confirm and was told it takes 15 days to cancel. On the 10/06/2015 I received an email saying the policy has been cancelled with Std Bank however only 50% was refunded, I need to claim the other 50% from my current insurer. I called the call centre and spoke to Nadipha Lubobo, who said she will call me back on 11/06/2015, and to date, Nandipha has not called!!!
