Standard Bank Breached Our Agreement and Denies Any Wrongdoing

Standard Bank breached our loan agreement by increasing my interest rate without notifying me, as required. They also failed to provide the settlement amount when I requested it — a clear violation of the terms.

When I lodged a complaint, instead of assisting, they added false remarks to the case and eventually closed it without giving me any feedback. Despite all this, they continue to deny any wrongdoing.

This conduct goes against the National Credit Act (NCA), particularly sections on transparency, disclosure, and consumer rights. It’s unacceptable for a major financial institution to treat customers this way.
