Standard bank Breach of Privacy

I removed my ex-wife off of my Home Loan more than 4 years ago. I then took a second bond only to find out that she was never removed from my home loan on ITC by Standard bank and this is a pure leak/disclosure of my Privacy. I need to understand where to log this and how to get this resolved and not just bu removing her but keeping this out of the news and our courts as I am more than willing to go to Court as this is more than the first time that Standard bank has broken the law and this should be a case of just righting my loan off.
