Standard bank branch visit wait

I am appalling at the service offering in the Centurion Mall branch. To have to wait more than an hour just to collect a card for my account is absolutely ridiculous. The process... register at the information counter, be allocated to a waiting area and wait... thankfully there was an open chair. Then you wait and wait. The structure of assistance is ridiculous. Just to collect a card, you wait with others who want to open accounts, have transaction queries etc. etc. This is why I avoid going into the bank as much as possible. I did request that the card be delivered to my home, but it was not an option given when requesting a new card.
